Vegetable Sambhar
Heat oil and sauté mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, and assorted vegetables like drumsticks, carrots, and beans. Pour in water, tamarind extract, and stir in salt, turmeric, and Rajesh Sambhar Masala. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or idlis.
