Vegetable Curry
Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook briefly. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. Stir in salt, red chilli powder, and Rajesh Haldi Powder, mixing well. Add mixed vegetables and water, cover, and cook until vegetables are tender. Finish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or roti.
