Veg Pulao
Heat ghee in a pan, sauté cumin seeds, whole spices, and onions until golden. Add mixed vegetables, salt, and Rajesh Biryani Masala, cooking for 2–3 minutes. Add washed basmati rice and water, then cook covered until the rice is fluffy and tender. Garnish with fried onions and fresh coriander. Serve hot as a fragrant, mildly spiced one-pot meal.
