Finely chop vegetables and mix with salt, cornflour, and flour to form a dough. Shape into balls and deep fry until crisp. Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic and spring onions, and add sauces. Sprinkle Rajesh Red Chilli Powder to enhance the heat. Add fried balls, toss well, and cook briefly. Serve hot as a starter or with fried rice.
