Tawa Pulao
Cook rice and keep aside. Heat oil on a tawa, add chopped onions, capsicum, and green peas. Sauté until slightly tender. Add cooked rice, salt, and Rajesh Pav Bhaji Masala, tossing well to coat the rice evenly with the spices. Garnish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve hot as a flavorful one-pan meal.
