Stuffed Capsicum
Cut the tops off capsicums and remove seeds. Prepare a stuffing with boiled potatoes, onions, and Rajesh Bharva Kalaungi Masala, mixing well. Fill each capsicum with the mixture. Heat oil in a pan, place the stuffed capsicums upright, cover, and cook on low heat until tender and aromatic. Serve hot with chapati or as a side dish.
