Stir-Fry Veggies
Heat oil in a wok or kadhai and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add vegetables like bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots and stir-fry on high heat. Add salt, soy sauce (optional), and a generous sprinkle of Rajesh Black Pepper to give a warm, aromatic kick. Toss until vegetables are crisp-tender. Serve hot as a side dish or with steamed rice or noodles.
