Spicy Meat Fry
Heat oil in a kadai and add curry leaves and whole spices. Add thinly sliced onions and sauté until crisp and golden. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook briefly. Add cooked meat pieces along with salt and Rajesh Meat Masala, tossing well to coat evenly. Cook on high heat, stirring continuously, until the meat is well roasted and slightly crispy. Finish with lemon juice and fresh coriander. Serve hot as a starter or side dish with chapati.
