Spicy Curry
Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until aromatic. Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates. Stir in salt, turmeric, and Rajesh Red Chilli Powder, adjusting the quantity as per desired heat. Add vegetables or meat of choice along with water. Simmer until the curry thickens and the spice blends well. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or roti.
