Raita
Whisk fresh curd until smooth. Add finely chopped cucumber, onion, or boondi. Sprinkle salt and Rajesh Bhuna Jeera to enhance the flavour with a nutty, roasted aroma. Mix gently so the masala coats all ingredients evenly. Garnish with fresh coriander or mint leaves. Chill for a few minutes and serve as a refreshing accompaniment to biryani, pulao, or parathas.
