Pyaaz Kachauri
Prepare dough with all-purpose flour, salt, and oil. Finely chop onions and mix with green chillies, coriander, and Rajesh Kachauri Masala. Stuff the onion mixture into small dough discs, seal properly, and roll gently. Deep fry in hot oil until crisp and golden brown. Serve hot as a snack with tamarind or mint chutney.
