Pepper Chicken
Marinate chicken pieces with salt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and a generous amount of Rajesh Black Pepper. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden. Add the marinated chicken and cook on medium heat until tender. Add a splash of water or stock if needed and simmer until the gravy thickens. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice or roti.
