Pav Bhaji
Boil potatoes, carrots, peas, and cauliflower until soft. Heat butter in a pan, add chopped onions and sauté until golden. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and chopped tomatoes. Add salt and Rajesh Pav Bhaji Masala, mixing well. Mash the boiled vegetables and add to the pan. Cook on low heat, stirring continuously until the bhaji is thick and well blended. Serve hot with buttered pav and a sprinkle of fresh coriander.
