Pani Puri
Prepare the spicy water (pani) by mixing tamarind pulp, mint, coriander, lemon juice, and Rajesh Jaljeera Powder in cold water. Mix well and chill. Fill puris with boiled potatoes, chickpeas, or sprouts. Pour the prepared jaljeera water over the filled puris just before serving. Enjoy the tangy, spicy burst of flavours.
