Paneer Tikka

Marinate paneer cubes with thick curd, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, and Rajesh Paneer Masala. Add capsicum and onion pieces to the marinade and coat well. Rest for 20–30 minutes. Skewer the paneer and vegetables, then grill, bake, or pan-fry until golden with light char marks. Brush with butter for extra taste. Garnish with chaat masala and lemon wedges. Serve hot with mint chutney and onion salad.
