Paneer Gravy
Heat oil and butter in a pan, sauté onions until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook briefly. Stir in tomato puree, salt, and Rajesh Mishran Garam Masala, mixing well to create a fragrant base. Add paneer cubes and simmer for 5–7 minutes so the paneer absorbs the rich flavours. Finish with fresh cream and garnish with coriander. Serve hot with naan or paratha.
