Paneer Gravy
Heat oil and butter in a pan, sauté chopped onions until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until aromatic. Add tomato puree, salt, and Rajesh Kitchen King Masala, mixing well. Add paneer cubes and simmer on low heat for 5–7 minutes so the paneer absorbs the masala flavours. Finish with fresh cream and garnish with coriander. Serve hot with naan or paratha.
