Mixed Vegetable
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté chopped onions until translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook briefly. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. Stir in salt, turmeric, and Rajesh Mishran Garam Masala, mixing well. Add assorted vegetables such as carrots, beans, peas, and potatoes. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender and flavours meld. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with roti or rice.
