Mixed Vegetable
Heat oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds and chopped onions until translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook briefly. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. Stir in salt, turmeric, and Rajesh Kitchen King Masala, mixing well. Add assorted vegetables such as carrots, beans, peas, and potatoes. Mix thoroughly, cover, and cook until vegetables are tender and flavours blend. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with roti or rice.
