Matar Kachauri
Prepare dough using all-purpose flour salt and oil. Coarsely grind boiled green peas and cook with cumin seeds green chillies ginger and Rajesh Kachauri Masala until the mixture turns dry. Cool the filling. Stuff into small dough discs and seal properly. Roll gently and deep fry in hot oil until crisp and golden. Serve hot with tamarind chutney or green chutney.
