Keema Masala

Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies, cooking until fragrant. Add tomatoes and cook until soft and oil separates. Stir in salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, and Rajesh Meat Masala, mixing well. Add minced meat and cook on medium heat until it changes colour and releases moisture. Continue cooking until the keema is well roasted and thick. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with pav, roti, or paratha.
