Kachauri
Prepare a dough using all-purpose flour, salt, and oil. Roll out small discs and fill each with a spiced mixture of lentils or peas, seasoned generously with Rajesh Kachauri Masala. Seal the edges and roll gently to maintain the shape. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crisp. Serve hot with tamarind chutney or yogurt.
