Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they sizzle, add boiled and cubed potatoes. Add salt, turmeric, and Rajesh Bhuna Jeera, tossing well to coat the potatoes evenly. Cook on medium heat until potatoes develop a light golden crust and absorb the flavour of the roasted cumin. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with roti or paratha.
