Idli Sambhar
Heat oil in a pan and sauté mustard seeds, curry leaves, and dried red chillies until aromatic. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, and tamarind extract. Stir in salt, turmeric, and Rajesh Sambhar Masala, mixing well. Add cooked lentils and water as needed, and simmer until the sambhar thickens slightly. Serve hot with steamed idlis, garnished with fresh coriander.
