Marinate fish fillets with salt, lemon juice, and Rajesh Fish Masala for at least 30 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the fish on medium heat until golden brown and crispy. Flip carefully to cook evenly on both sides. Serve hot with lemon wedges and green chutney as a starter or side dish.
