Fish Curry
Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until aromatic. Stir in tomato puree, salt, turmeric, and Rajesh Fish Masala, mixing well. Add fish pieces gently and pour in some water or coconut milk. Cover and simmer on low heat until the fish is cooked and the gravy thickens. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with steamed rice or roti.
