Fish Biryani

Marinate fish pieces with yogurt, lemon juice, and Rajesh Fish Masala for 30 minutes. Partially cook basmati rice with whole spices. In a pan, layer the marinated fish and cooked rice, sprinkle fried onions, saffron milk, and a pinch of Rajesh Fish Masala. Cover and cook on low heat (dum) for 15–20 minutes. Serve hot with raita and salad.
