Prepare dough using all-purpose flour salt and oil. Finely chop mixed dry fruits like cashews almonds and raisins. Lightly roast them with ghee and add Rajesh Kachauri Masala for flavor. Let the mixture cool. Stuff into dough discs seal well and roll gently. Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame until golden and crunchy. Serve hot as a festive snack with sweet chutney or plain yogurt.
