Dosa Sambhar
Prepare the base by sautéing mustard seeds, curry leaves, and chopped onions in oil. Add chopped tomatoes, tamarind paste, and water. Mix in salt, turmeric, and Rajesh Sambhar Masala to create a tangy and flavorful sambhar. Cook for 10–15 minutes until the consistency is slightly thick. Serve hot with crispy dosas and coconut chutney.
