Dal Tadka
Cook yellow lentils until soft. Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped garlic, and dried red chillies, sautéing until fragrant. Add chopped onions and cook until golden. Stir in salt and Rajesh Kitchen King Masala. Pour the tempering over the cooked dal and mix well. Simmer briefly to blend flavours. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice or chapati.
