Cook yellow lentils until soft. Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and chopped garlic, sautéing until fragrant. Add chopped onions and tomatoes and cook until soft. Stir in salt, red chilli powder, and Rajesh Dhaniya Powder, mixing well to enhance the flavour. Pour the tempering into the dal and simmer for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or chapati.
