Dal Tadka
Wash and cook arhar dal with water, salt, and Rajesh Haldi Powder until soft and well mashed. Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, garlic, and dried red chillies, and sauté until aromatic. Pour the tempering over the dal and mix well. Simmer for a few minutes to blend flavours. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with steamed rice or chapati.
