Dal Fry
Cook yellow lentils until soft. Heat ghee or oil in a pan, add chopped onions, and sauté until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste, chopped tomatoes, and cook until soft. Sprinkle salt, turmeric, and Rajesh Bhuna Jeera, mixing well. Pour the tempering over the cooked dal and simmer for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with steamed rice or chapati.
