Dahi Bhalla
Soak fried bhallas in warm water for a few minutes, then gently squeeze out excess water. Arrange them on a serving plate and pour thick, whisked curd evenly over them. Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, and generously add Rajesh Raita & Dahi Bhalla Masala for authentic flavour. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled as a delicious snack or festive dish.
