Chicken Tikka Masala
Marinate chicken pieces with curd, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, and lemon juice. Grill or pan-cook until lightly charred. Heat oil and butter in a pan, sauté onions until golden, then add tomato puree and cook until oil separates. Add salt, spices, and sprinkle Rajesh Garam Masala. Add the cooked chicken pieces and simmer until the gravy thickens. Finish with cream and coriander. Serve hot with naan or jeera rice.
