Chicken Curry

Heat oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds and chopped onions until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until aromatic. Stir in tomato puree, salt, turmeric, and Rajesh Chicken Masala, mixing well. Add chicken pieces and some water, cover, and simmer on low heat until the chicken is tender and the flavours blend. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with roti or rice.
