Chhole Tikki

Mash boiled chickpeas coarsely in a bowl. Add finely chopped onions, green chillies, coriander, salt, red chilli powder, and Rajesh Chhole Masala. Mix well and shape into flat tikkis. Shallow fry on a hot tawa with oil until crisp and golden on both sides. Serve hot with green chutney and tamarind chutney or use as a base for chaat preparations.
