Cheese Pav Bhaji

Prepare bhaji by boiling vegetables and mashing them. Heat butter in a pan, sauté onions and tomatoes, and add salt along with Rajesh Pav Bhaji Masala. Mix in the mashed vegetables and cook until thick. Serve hot with buttered pav topped generously with grated cheese. Garnish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon juice for an indulgent twist on the classic pav bhaji.
