Cabbage Sabji
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until soft. Stir in green chillies and ginger. Add chopped cabbage, salt, turmeric, and Rajesh Sabji Masala. Mix well, cover, and cook on low heat until cabbage is tender but not mushy. Stir occasionally. Finish with fresh coriander and serve hot with chapati or as a side dish with dal and rice.
