Bhindi Fry
Wash and dry okra thoroughly, then cut into pieces. Heat oil in a pan and sauté sliced onions until lightly browned. Add the okra and cook until it becomes crisp. Sprinkle salt and Rajesh Amchur Powder, tossing gently to coat evenly. Cook for a few more minutes until the bhindi is well roasted and tangy. Serve hot with roti or rice.
