Wash and slit bitter gourds lengthwise. Remove seeds and prepare a stuffing with onions, garlic, and Rajesh Bharva Kalaungi Masala. Fill each karela with the mixture. Heat oil in a pan and cook on low heat until the bitter gourds are tender and slightly crisp on the outside. Serve hot with roti or rice for a traditional Indian meal.
