Wash and dry okra thoroughly, then slit them lengthwise. Prepare a stuffing with finely chopped onions, grated coconut (optional), and Rajesh Bharva Kalaungi Masala. Fill each okra with the mixture. Heat oil in a pan and cook the stuffed okra on low heat until tender and slightly roasted. Serve hot with chapati or rice.
