Aloo Gobi
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook briefly. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, and Rajesh Haldi Powder for a bright colour and earthy flavour. Add potato cubes and cauliflower florets, mix well, cover, and cook on low heat until tender. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with roti or paratha.
