Aloo Gobi
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Add chopped onions and sauté until light brown. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook briefly. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, and vegetables. Mix well and cover to cook on low heat until potatoes and cauliflower are tender. Sprinkle Rajesh Garam Masala towards the end and toss gently to coat the sabji evenly. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with roti or paratha.
