Aloo Chaat
Boil and cube potatoes, then lightly fry or roast until golden. Place the potatoes in a serving bowl and drizzle with tamarind chutney and green chutney. Sprinkle salt and Rajesh Chat Masala over the top. Mix gently and garnish with chopped onions, coriander, and sev. Serve hot as a popular street-style snack.
